Grains have their place and they have allowed human society to grow so large. If that is a good thing, we might think not, but most of us wouldnt be here if it hadnt happened. all the same, now we are here , we can choose what to eat, and if we choose to go back to a meat-based diet, I believe that is the best for each individual.
